Raahui Pookeka – Awesome Huntly Training Program
This program of seven FREE workshops over six months will provide training on the key skills required to lead and manage a successful community group or not for profit organization.
Covering a range of topics including;
- Training for Volunteers
- Succession planning and mentoring
- Event planning and fundraising
- Governance and financial management
- Advice on presenting to funders and stakeholders.
The workshops are open to groups in the wider Huntly area including;
Each workshop will be full of tools and practical activities that the participants can take straight back to their organisations and put into action.
